Patricia Bullrich announced this Thursday that she will file a federal case against the attack on the TN building and hold the Camporista militants identified as having carried out the destruction in the parking lot and inside the station to account .
"I want to request that case. It's a federal case because it involves a media outlet. There's no connection between what happened and the status of that investigation. In this case, they're not paying for it," the Security Minister said on A24.
Continuing her criticism of the work being carried out by the Buenos Aires Justice system, Bullrich asserted that "it happened three weeks ago and nothing has happened" with the perpetrators, who have been identified through the channel's video cameras.
"Their names are known, and no one is going to look for them," the minister emphasized.

The investigation is being conducted by the 13th Prosecutor's Office, headed by Andrea Scanga , who received several questions about her work on the case.
"It's a possibility that any federal prosecutor could request that case from the City courts . They want to say it's a violation, but it isn't. I don't prosecute; I comply with the law. We are showing that we are something different," Bullrich said.
The attacks on TN took place on Tuesday, June 10, hours after the Supreme Court sentenced Cristina Kirchner to six years in prison for defrauding the state.

As the crowd dispersed from the march in support of the former president, the activists, who had been at the entrance to the apartment at San José 1111, decided to head toward TN, at the intersection of San Juan Avenue and Lima Street. About 70 protesters gathered there.
A group of them managed to enter the building's first floor, where they smashed screens, televisions, and other equipment . In several places throughout the building, they sprayed graffiti against Grupo Clarín, specifically against Héctor Magnetto. They also vandalized several cars. that were parked on the canal platform.

Among the identified militants is Pablo "Tato" Giles , Undersecretary of Municipal Relations during the government of Alberto Fernández, accompanied by Wado de Pedro in the Interior, as well as José Lepere , the other leader of La Cámpora who participated in the attacks on TN and who was Secretary of the Interior of the Nation for four years.
These are the most prominent names in terms of their influence as officials in the previous administration, but three other leaders are also being investigated for their actions that day, when hooded individuals entered the TV station's studios.

Other attackers include Ezequiel Pavón , a council member at the University of Tres de Febrero; Facundo Lococo , who was a council member in Tres de Febrero until 2023; and Matías Federici , currently the Director of the Penitentiary Statistics Department. All of them belong to La Cámpora.
In Giles's case, he's a longtime Camporista activist from Merlo, who reports directly to De Pedro within the organization, although he also maintains ties with national representative Máximo Kirchner. He appears as the organization secretary on the Camporista map.
